Clean and fairly spacious spot, with helpful staff. Good location close to a variety of restaurants, making it super convenient. the rooftop bar is amazing! 🌟

They gave us budget and compact double room with a balcony. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

Very nicely decorated building and rooms with convenient decoration. Location near to Gran Via Metro line and Puerto del Sol square, shops, cafes & bars, Gran Via metro station, and other popular spots.  

I stayed 3 nights and can't wait to come back when visiting Spain😀

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and enchanting. The venue is located just off the Royal Palace, the Prado, Buen Retiro Park, and universities. The room is fashionable and gorgeous, with a private bathroom. The staff is welcoming, very nice, and

Location, comfort.

European traditional twin beds, but move much too easily. My husband fell between the beds when rolling over because the beds rolled apart.

I loved the stylish building and my cozy room with a balcony overlooking a bustling street, creating a peaceful atmosphere here.

The staff was pleasant, provided an early check-in and a late check-out. The vibe here was quiet. Its location was stunning, just 5 minutes walk from an iconic street. There were shopping centres and a bakery around the hotel.

staff and people very friendly, we loved Madrid!!! Nice room with big terrace, clean and spacious bathroom. Everything was perfect. Tip for family with kids, go to zoo park at Casa de campo. was a fun day!!!
